Sign up with your email and password, verify your email, and tell us about your project. An account is required for every rental.
Complete Card Checkout
Save a credit or debit card securely with Stripe. We review every order and may ask follow-up questions before approval. Your card is charged when we prepare your confirmed pickup.
Pick Up By Appointment
Bring a matching government-issued photo ID to your confirmed appointment. We review the equipment, included accessories, and condition together before you take it.
Create Something Great
Keep your gear safe and contact us promptly if anything is wrong. Need more time? Request an extension from your booking before the return date.
Return The Complete Kit
Bring back every included item at your confirmed appointment. We inspect and test the equipment, then close your rental and process any applicable early-return refund.
What Counts As A Rental Day?
Your rental runs from pickup to the agreed return time. Tuesday pickup to the following Tuesday at the same time is seven days. One day is the minimum. Pickup and return appointments must be on available handoff days; the equipment can stay on rent over closed days.
Changing Your Plans
Cancel from your account any time before pickup without a cancellation fee. Extension requests depend on availability. Requests submitted by the return date receive 10% off the separately priced extension rental; overdue requests use the standard extension rate. An extension is confirmed only after approval and payment.
