Information We Use

Smooth Studios uses your name, email, phone number, project details, booking messages, rental history, and verification status to manage equipment rentals. Account passwords are stored as password hashes. We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and local browser storage to remember your cart and rental dates.

Payments & Email

Stripe handles card details and payment processing. Smooth Studios retains payment references, amounts, and statuses, rather than full card numbers or security codes. Transactional email is delivered through our email provider. Hosting and storage providers process the information necessary to operate the website.

Access & Retention

Your bookings are available to your account and authorized studio management. We retain information needed for your account, bookings, payment records, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We do not sell your account or booking information. Do not send ID documents or sensitive financial information in booking messages; the studio will explain any necessary verification separately.

Your Choices

Contact smoothxstudios@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Some transaction records may need to be retained after account closure. You can reset your password from the sign-in page. Essential rental and security messages are part of the service.
